The Bramshaw pairing finished on a level-par total after 27 holes, but it was Crockford and Tennant who prevailed on countback, edging fellow Bramshaw members Andrew Macey and Jonathan Sweeney, who also finished on level par.
The Gross Winners were Hockley Golf Club’s Chris Hyde and Alan Carpenter, adding another excellent performance to an entertaining day of seniors golf.
The course at Rowlands Castle was presented in fantastic condition, with the recent rainfall providing a welcome change following a long, dry summer. After months of drought, it was particularly pleasing to see plenty of green on the course as the field battled it out for the title.
Congratulations to all the players who took part, and a special well done to our 2026 champions, Nick Crockford and Robert Tennant.
