The County Championships strokeplay, being held at Brokenhurst Manor, got underway on Friday 5th June with defending champion, Joe Buenfeld, winning the Pechell Salver for the lowest 36 hole total of the day. Joe fired a statement score of 65 to storm through the field and pick up the win.
